Forming a long-term relationship with our clients

The best way to continue providing excellence in your business is to form a long-term relationship with your clients. Over time this gives them a clearer picture of you. They know that when you say you will do something that you actually do it. For instance, people talk about deadlines. But do you stick to yours and are you known for this? Gumhill Proofreading is known for adhering to deadlines or having flexibility if a client has an urgent project.

As I work with my clients and form those longer-term relationships, this becomes apparent to them. It is just one aspect of the reliability and trust that comes from forming that connection.

Of course the other good thing about building longer-term relationships with our clients is that they will then recommend you to others who you may be able to assist. That’s a win-win!
